We created a connected system for the client within their preferred framework, which displays project profitability and cash flow with a few minutes of update. During the project, we prepared tables for recording work hours and their analysis, tables containing data of individual projects and their analysis, as well as cash flow and financial recording tables.

Global Cosmetic and Beauty Company
The global parent company sought an outsourced IT operations partner for one of its subsidiaries, covering 20% of the global operation. The global partner’s offer was 50% higher than the planned budget. We supported the client from supplier shortlisting, defining business needs, tender issuance, execution, and professional selection. We also provided project management methodological advice for the transaction.

After the company acquired a household appliances industry, it became necessary to update IT systems and transfer previously recorded data to the new corporate system.
During the project, we supervised the testing and go-live of EDI interfaces. This included developing, testing various message types, and then going live per client and EDI service provider. Based on daily discussions, we developed a go-live plan and ensured continuous communication with partners.
